Flipping Websites-That’s my answer!

If you are like me, that means you don’t have tons of money, you don’t have big experiences in programming, you just can’t write well English, so it’s the right answer for you. Just follow the RIGHT path, listen to the RIGHT guys, and read the RIGHT guide, take action and you will see you will be the winner, like me !

I bought a guide of flipping websites named “The Official Guide to Flip Websites” and i strongly recommend you to grab this guide. It’s extremly easy to understand and follow for amateurs like us.

You buy a website, add some ‘spices’ and sell it for a higher price!

That’s exactly i’m doing!

To buy a website, you can go to Ebay or Sitepoint.com but i recommend you to go to the Markeplace of Sitepoint.com (marketplace.sitepoint.com). Websites here are listed with detailed informations (PageRank, Unique visitors per month, Alexa ranking, Revenue per month..) and are showed by categories (startup, etablished or premium websites).

After buying a site, decorate it a bit with your own designing skills if you can or just hire a designer to work it out for you. I’ve used eCoverbox ( http://www.ecoverbox.com ) of Sam Kern. His service is just brilliant! And the most important thing in this business is traffic. About the traffic, steal some from blog comments by using free social bookmarking techniques (this will also help you to gain high PR backlinks) and especially try Google Snatch – you will be terrified with the results. I don’t care if they are targeted traffic or not because i just need huge traffic to my site to sell it more easily with a high price.

When you already realize a steady traffic, create a listing on Ebay or Sitepoint.com to advertise your site and wait for the buyer. Use Escrow.com rather than PayPal because you can ask buyer to pay for additional fees. That’s simple, isn’t it ? Yes, it’s simple, but it really works ! Take action and get your own checks!

3 Things All Affiliate Marketer Need To Survive Online

Every affiliate marketer is always looking for the successful market that gives the biggest paycheck. Sometimes they think it is a magic formula that is readily available for them. Actually, it is more complicated than that. It is just good marketing practices that have been proven over years of hard work and dedication.
There are tactics that have worked before with online marketing and is continuing to work in the online affiliate marketing world of today. With these top three marketing tips, you will be able to able to increase your sales and survive in the affiliate marketing online.

What are these three tactics?

1. Using unique web pages to promote each separate product you are marketing. Do not lump all of it together just to save some money on web hosting. It is best to have a site focusing on each and every product and nothing more.

Always include product reviews on the website so visitors will have an initial understanding on what the product can do to those who buys them. Also include testimonials from users who have already tried the product. Be sure that these customers are more than willing to allow you to use their names and photos on the site of the specific product you are marketing.

You can also write articles highlighting the uses of the product and include them on the website as an additional page. Make the pages attractive compelling and include calls to act on the information. Each headline should attract the readers to try and read more, even contact you. Highlight your special points. This will help your readers to learn what the page is about and will want to find out more.

2. Offer free reports to your readers. If possible position them at the very top side of your page so it they simply cannot be missed. Try to create autoresponder messages that will be mailed to those who input their personal information into your sign up box. According to research, a sale is closed usually on the seventh contact with a prospect.

Only two things can possibly happen with the web page alone: closed sale or the prospect leaving the page and never return again. By placing useful information into their inboxes at certain specified period, you will remind them of the product they thought they want later and will find out that the sale is closed. Be sure that the content is directed toward specific reasons to buy the product. Do not make it sound like a sales pitch.

Focus on important points like how your product can make life and things easier and more enjoyable. Include compelling subject lines in the email. As much as possible, avoid using the word “free” because there are still older spam filters that dumps those kind of contents into the junk before even anyone reading them first. Convince those who signed up for your free reports that they will be missing something big if they do not avail of your products and services.

3. Get the kind of traffic that is targeted to your product. Just think, if the person who visited your website has no interest whatsoever in what you are offering, they will be among those who move on and never come back. Write articles for publication in e-zines and e-reports. This way you can locate publications that is focusing on your target customers and what you have put up might just grab their interest.

Try to write a minimum of 2 articles per week, with at least 300-600 words in length. By continuously writing and maintaining these articles you can generate as many as 100 targeted readers to your site in a day.
Always remember that only 1 out of 100 people are likely to buy your product or get your services. If you can generate as much as 1,000 targeted hits for your website in a day, that means you can made 10 sales based on the average statistic.

The tactics given above does not really sound very difficult to do, if you think about it. It just requires a little time and an action plan on your part.

Try to use these tips for several affiliate marketing programs. You can end maintaining a good source of income and surviving in this business that not all marketers can do.

Using File Sharing to Get Traffic

There are probably ten million people online, looking for downloads at any given time. Of course, a lot of them could be looking for pornography or free software but still, reaching a minimum on a million people on any given day does offer some rather intriguing possibilities.

People like using file services to download music for two simple reasons, they’re free, and there is an incredible selection. The fact is Pandora’s Box has been opened. In Napster’s wake, other quasi-legal services quickly emerged… a lot of them. Even if they are closed, others will succeed them.

Major record companies would like to thing otherwise but they are never going to stop file sharing. Net users are file sharers…plain and simple. Long before the Internet came into being, people made cassette tapes of their favorite music for their friends…cd burners are so much easier and faster.

So how can you use this to help your viral marketing campaign along? Think about this. Once someone downloads your MP3 files and those files are available on that listener’s hard drive, viral marketing begins. After two users start sharing your files, suddenly, your music is on the hard drive of a second computer…then a third… and on and on. When users are searching and they find your music on a lot of different computers, they are more likely to download the files. It’s just a matter of time before you’ll find your files showing up in more and more places.

No matter what genre music you play…Rock and Roll, Country, Tejano, Mozart sonatas, Heavy Metal, of Brazilian Jazz, there is an audience for it somewhere.

In this new paradigm, you aren’t hawking a product, you are offering free music via a medium that lets you be directly connected with your audience.

Make Lasting Impressions with Mini Site Graphics

Nowadays, consumers are really utilizing their power to choose. This, of course, is not surprising, since the market encourages healthy competition among businesses. In order to attract attention, your business should employ the most effective and cost-efficient marketing tool. This tool should be able to retain the buyer’s attention, long enough for your product to be checked out. The old saying that first impression lasts is also applicable in this instance. And your business can achieve this with the use of Mini Site Graphics.

In the world of internet marketing, mini site graphics have become quite popular because it delivers excellent results. Their simplicity makes it ideal for small and big businesses alike. Consumers are no longer attracted to “hard selling” tactics employed by other businesses. These days, most businesses have learned to focus their marketing campaigns on getting a buyer’s attention, before trying to sell their products.

Choosing the right mini site graphics provider is very important. Right now, there are hundreds of providers offering their services and you will only have to select the one that could meet your needs and preferences. Here are some of the things to look for when searching for a good mini site graphics provider.

* Affordability – with a market full of mini site graphics provider, it is only practical to choose one that offers affordable services. But before you start your search, it is always wise to do compare services and know the price range for different mini site graphics products. This way, you will be able to make an informed decision.
* Creativity: always consider creativity to be an important criterion when looking for a mini site graphics provider. Many providers would entice you with low prices for their services but will only disappoint you because they lack originality and imagination. If you want your business to be ahead of the others, get a mini site graphics provider who is creative.

* Experience: it would be a plus if your mini site graphic provider has been in the business for some time. Their experience in handling a wide variety of projects will certainly come in handy. In addition to this, being in the business for a long time has harnessed their skills when it comes to providing amazing-looking mini site graphics.

Here is my order with eCoverbox for my new website in the World of Warcraft niche :

Step By Step For Success

1 – Find Niche, Get Domain & Hosting Set Up
I’ve given you two of my most profitable niches.
Here’s other ways for finding niches. Look at the Site Point Marketplace and
Ebay Auctions. See what domains people are selling and look to see what
websites people are selling and what has sold. Plenty of ideas there.
Look to The Warrior Forum’s – Warrior Special Offer Forum for Private
Label Rights Articles. Many Warriors offer articles for niche markets.

You can use these as ideas for your niche. You’re also able to purchase these article
packages, re write the articles and put your name on them and you now have
easily created some unique content.
2 – Find Your Revenue Generators
Once you have your market and your site set up it’s time to find your revenue
generators for the niche. Once you find the right offers add them to your site (Clickbank,Ebay Aff.,Amazon,..). This is how your site will profit so you must
have these. Affiliate offers pay out the most and are what I suggest you use.
3 – Write Content
Unique Content is the most important step here. Anyone can use duplicate
content and PLR Articles.
Unique content is expensive to buy so this is one reason why you can flip
websites and make a nice amount of money like I’ve done because we only
use unique content.
Writing your content doesn’t have to be hard. Regardless if you’re using a
Blog or an HTML site you must have content and plenty of it.
I like blogs because the content doesn’t always have to be so formal and neat.
Blogs are usually very loose and people come to your blog for your opinion.
Blog posts are often shorter and easier to write for me than trying to write a
500 word article.
Just write. Write, write and write. Don’t over do it and don’t take forever.
Don’t bore yourself to death and don’t scrutinize one sentence over and over.
4 – Getting Links
Getting links to your site can be very easy. I for one like the niches I
mentioned before because getting links couldn’t be easier.
For my Internet Marketing / Make Money Online website flips I will go to The
Warrior Forum and find Warriors with related websites or blogs. I will send
them a message asking if they’d like to trade links. Most always say yes.
The same works very well for the Real Estate Investing market because there
are wildly popular forums and many members have websites and blogs.
5 – Traffic
If your niche has forums which nearly every niche does go to the forum add
your website to your signature and post away. This is just to drive some
traffic to your site. You can use Big Boards to find forums in your niche.
PPC – Pay Per Click. This can take a few minutes to set up and you’ll get
immediate traffic to your site. When I’m using PPC for a flip I target the low
cost keywords. Easy cheap traffic.
6 – Web 2.0 Traffic & Links
To get more free and easy traffic create a page or account at places like
Squidoo, Hub Pages, Back Page, Blogger and Craigslist.
All of these places are excellent for creating a page or whatever the site
requires you to do about your niche and you’ll link to your main site.
These sites get indexed regularly and they’ll provide you with backlinks.
Also make sure you link to your blog / website with the correct anchor
text that you’re trying to rank for within the search engines.
These sites are free and provide excellent link juice for your site. Lastly
they can be a great bonus to include with the sale of your site
Other sites like Digg, Reddit and Stumbleupon allows you to bookmark your
blog post or pages and will help with providing traffic, backlinks and gets
you’re sites indexed immediately.
7 – More Content & Traffic = Revenue
As you continue to get more traffic you’ll need to add new content
consistently especially if it’s a blog because of timestamps whereas with
HTML pages you can get away with not updating the content that regularly.
9 – Easy Added Value
These are things many website flippers will forget to do and they can add a
lot of value.
Create the Squidoo accounts and things like I mentioned before. You can
include these with the sale of your site.
Add YouTube videos to the site. It gives something besides articles for your
readers to look at and adds value to the site.
Pictures make your site look better. If you need great looking images go to
iStockPhoto buy $1.00 pictures and add them to your site especially if it’s a
niche topic like gardening, fishing, paint ball etc. Instant Value!
8 – Sell The Site!
Now this is where it’s your personal choice. The steps I have given you will
guarantee a profitable site and you can continue to follow them, build the
site out, get more traffic and more revenue
This will make your site more valuable and you’ll sell it for more money.
Since I already have websites that bring me in a passive monthly income I
usually choose to sell my sites quick and take my money and put it in the
bank or invest into my profitable websites and make them better.
My favorite place to sell established websites is the Site Point Marketplace.
It costs $20.00 to list the site here. It’s the best $20.00 you’ll spend and it’s
really nothing when you’re selling your site for hundreds and thousands.
The Site Point Marketplace is loaded with buyers with deep pockets.
You need to craft a catchy title, subtitle and sales copy that shows off the true
future potential of your site.
My title and sub title usually include…
Premium Domain & Profitable Website
Already Indexed, Ranked & Making Money

My listing opens up with the sites revenue, traffic and other stats.
I hit them hard in my opening paragraph about the site.
I will then go through the stats again including how much it makes, how many
unique visitors it’s received, the search engine rankings, the backlinks, how
long it takes to run the site, the expenses and it’s big future potential.
Always include proof of your traffic and revenue. It seals the deal.
I also constantly repeat in my listing…. “It’s Already Making Money!”
Answer questions promptly and you’re ready for a quick sale!

Make REAL money online now selling websites! Take action SOON AS POSSIBLE before other guys do !

22 Ways To Market Your Business Online & Offline

Online Methods

1. Ebay Ebooks : Write up a short ebook or report related to your business and include links to your website within the ebook. Then list the ebook on Ebay with full “Master Resell Rights”. This means who ever buys your ebook has rights to sell it too – this way you start a viral chain of getting your ebook to as many people as possible. You’ll be surprised how much traffic you can get this way. If you don’t want to write or don’t have the time, simply get ready made articles that you can simply copy and put together an ebook within minutes. As Ebay doesn’t allow dowloadable product anymore, you need to put your ebook on a CD and ship it like a real product.
2. Use YouTube Videos : the idea is to set up a page on your website (or a different website completely) and add some popular videos from YouTube.com . For example you can add a FUNNY VIDEO to a web page on your site. To do this simply go to YouTube, find a funny video that you think a lot of people would like, copy the HTML code that YouTube provides, and then add the video to your web page. Next to the video, you can have links to products, specials, articles or anything else you want to advertise. Once you’ve done that send an email to your closest friends and family with a link to this video…in the email be sure to mention to pass the email along. This can set off a viral chain that can bring tons of visitors to your website. For a good example of this see http://www.funnyvideooftheweek.com
3. Craigslist : With Craigslist, you have a chance to advertise on some of the biggest classified pages in the world. Millions of readers in more than 20 countries visit Craigslist to find apartments, look for jobs and buy products and services. Best of all, Craigslist is a free service. Make sure you place your ad in the appropriate section otherwise users may flag down your ad for removal. See www.CraigsList.org
4. Articles On Ezinearticles.com : write up an article about something related to your product. For example, if you sell golf equipment you can write an article such as Top 10 Ways To Hit Longer Drives. At the end of the article include a resource box with a link to your website ( very important) Then post the article on www.EzineArticles.com . This is a great way to get targeted traffic to your website.
5. Online Communities & Forums This only requires your time and nothing else. You can share your knowledge and expertise with many online communities as well as your website. You can get free advertising when you go to forums that have the same subject or niche with your site. Share your two cents and let them see how knowledgeable you are with the subject. As you build your reputation, you also build the reputation of your site, making it a reputable and honest business that could be frequented and trusted by many people.
6. Add Links On Blogs : When search engines rank a website, one of the most important things they look for is how many inbound links your website has. This means how many external websites have your website name on them. Since Blogs are ultra popular, both with consumers & search engines, having your website URL on as many targeted blogs as possible can significantly increase traffic to your website. You can place your website name on relevant blogs by manually finding blogs and adding your signature to the comments section of the blog or to make things easier, use an automated software to do it for you.
7. Add Tell A Friend : Having a tell-a-friend feature on your website can allow your site visitors to recommend your website to their friends and family. This is one of the best internet marketing techniques yet so few websites actually utilize it. I remember a client that once added this feature to her website and increased sales by almost 32% instantly.
8. Buy Text Links: Once again, by having inbound links coming to your website you not only improve your search engine rankings but you can also get traffic from other websites. As you may probably know it is very difficult to get FREE links on popular websites. So another good option is to buy links on other popular websites or websites related to your business. You can do this by using services such as those offered by http://www.buytextlinkad.com
9. Yahoo Answers : did you know there is a section on Yahoo called Yahoo Answers. This is a place where people post questions for other people to answer. Search and find questions related to your product or service and then provide a good answer. In the answer you can include a link back to your website. Be creative – make it look like a recommendation and not simply a sales pitch.
10. EmaiResults.com : if you want to send out email ads to thousands or even millions of people this is a good website for you to buy targeted opt-in email lists. The good thing about this site is that you can fill out one single form and have many mailing list providers contact you with their pricing and methods. Just make sure you choose a reputable company that uses good email practices as you do not want to be accused of spam. The best company to choose is one that sends the emails out for you on your behalf and also provides tracking statistics so you can see how well you campaign is doing. See : http://www.emailresults.com
11. Pay Per Click : Pay Per Click (PPC) still remains the quickest way to get targeted traffic to your website but it is becoming a very costly method and therefore we put it last on our list. However, you can still use this method by bidding on keywords that are not very competitive. This method really works great if you are in a unique niche type of business. An example is say “Vector Art”. When we did a search for this keyword phrase we found little competition on Yahoo/Overture. However, if you were to bid on a common and popular keyword phrase such as “Internet Marketing” you can expect to pay out large sums of money and it may not be worth your investment. So choose keywords wisely.

Offline Methods
12. Zip Baggies :Take a small zip close baggie (snack sizes work well) and include the following in it: Your Business Card, a Piece of Candy such as hard candy or a lollipop, mini flyer of current specials, discount coupon (optional) etc. Hand these out to the bank tellers, retail cashiers, at your kids sport events, every where you go!

13. Hotels & Motels : When I stay at hotels & motels I leave a mini flyer, my business card and a mini coin canister for the maid! I put her tip inside the mini coin canister! Be creative when you leave tips for Hotel Maids, Waitresses, Waiters, Hair Dressers, etc. Don’t just hand them your business card, make it memorable! You can also buy cute little beaded change purses at your local dollar discount store!
14. Housing Marketing : Print out flyers with your contact info (not your personal address), your website address & email address along with any current specials you are offering. Then contact local area mobile home park offices, apartment complex rental offices, housing developments etc and ask them if you can leave fliers in their office or hang on their tenants doors. Give the office employees a free gift or discount on their personal orders.
15. Church Fests : A lot of churches hold a Spring and Fall Fest! Contact them about getting a table or a booth. A lot of times this will cost you under $15.00 for a space! Make sure you take products with you along with fliers, plenty of catalogs, business cards etc. Do a contest drawing at these types of events. Make up entry blanks that gather the customers info so that you can initiate contact with them again!
16. Car Decals : Put your website address on your car. There are many local companies that provide decal services. Just check your yellow pages. Or you can even find online suppliers such as http://www.stickergiant.com . If your website address is difficult to remember use a vanity domain name that redirects to your main website. For example, let’s say you are in the credit repair business and your company name is CrediTronix with your domain being CrediTronix.com. A more memorable domain name would be FixMyCreditToday.com . This way when people see it on your car it would be easier for them to remember when they get home.
17. College Campuses : Dorms & Housing Students are always looking to spend money! Drop off fliers and business cards to the College Student Center! They usually have bulletin boards, tables and other things where you can leave your information at for FREE!
18. Hospitals : Contact your local area hospitals and ask for Human Resources Dept. The Majority of hospitals hand out New Mommy Diaper Bags filled with products, samples and other stuff for New Moms who just had a baby! It’s FREE for you to add in your information! You can get several customers by participating in these types of programs. You can also do this with local medical offices, clinics, dental practices etc.
19. Donate a Product : to your local area Radio Station, they have numerous contests and they are always looking for sponsors! Your donation can be written off as a tax deduction plus you will get FREE Advertising & Business Exposure for your donation! You can also use the same method at local area Bingo Halls! They are always looking for sponsors of their Bingo Prizes! Bingo is BIG in a lot of areas!
20. Contact Companies in your area to see if you can come in and set up a table in the employee lounge or cafeteria for a employee shopping break! These days a lot of companies will allow you to do this if you ask them!
21. Local Area TV : Does your local area TV cable company have a local information channel? Inquire about advertising! These ads will reach thousands of potential buyers for you! I recommend you only use your website address for these types of advertising and not your personal at home address.

22. Outdoor banners : Get a low cost outdoor banner printed up with your business information on it ( or just your website address). You can usually get them done for $55 or less depending on who makes it. You can have these outdoor banners displayed at outdoor music/concert events, outdoor children’s sporting events, outdoor adult sport events, outdoor neighborhood block parties, outdoor community events, carnivals, fairs, etc. You can even have someone dress up in a costume (such as a chicken suit) and have them hold your ad banner in peak traffic areas. Rarely do you see businesses using this system to generate traffic to their website.
So there you have it ! Hopefully, you will employ some or all of these techniques in your marketing campaigns and boost your profits in return.
Wish you all the success !
